Deposit, final cleanup and Shares in the cost are mandatory per rental period. 

The deposit will be refunded immediately after termination of the contract provided that the apartment was left in proper condition. The Shares in the cost will be discounted from the refund unless otherwise agreed.

Please note the cancellation conditions as follows:
Cancellation > 28 days prior to booking date  0% (no fee)
Cancellation > 14 days prior to booking date  40% of fee
Cancellation >  7 days prior to booking date  60% of fee
Cancellation >  3 days prior to booking date  80% of fee
Cancellation <  3 days prior to booking date  100% of fee
